Bicycling keeps Germans Healthy
Germans sure love their bicycles…I’m not saying they dislike our bicycles…What I’m saying is they sure enjoy cycling to reduce body fat.
Is there a better sport than bicycling for keeping fit? Yes. Swimming is better but bicycling doesn’t get you as wet.
Sprinting is also good exercise for some people.
